Mr. Stefan Pinter is an international investor based in London, who specialises on investments in emerging markets. He is the founder and Executive Director of GML Capital LLP, a London-private investment banking and management company which was founded in 1983 and has experience in Ukraine since 1993.

Commercial Industrial Bank was established in 1993 and specialises in servicing large corporate, small and medium-size enterprises. OSTIN’s advisory role included full legal support on Ukrainian law matters, in particular, advising on financial and banking law matters, transaction structuring, drafting relevant transaction documents, coordinating execution and closing procedures of the transaction, and obtaining approval of the National Bank of Ukraine for acquisition of substantial shareholding in the bank.
